Michael wins People's Choice Award in Hewlett Packard / DreamWorks Character Animation Competition!
Michael's character iBall was recently voted the People's Choice winner in this prestigious competition run by Hewlett Packard Australia and supported by DreamWorks Animation Studios. Check out the HP competition sites here and here. Michael has developed a (very) short film based on iBall and his friend The Brain for Tropfest 2008, called iBalls!. Under the rules of Tropfest, we can't show you the film until after the finalists films have been displayed, but check back here regularly for updates on how iBalls! the short film is progressing through the Tropfest process. [UPDATE - iBalls didn't make it to the finals - time to start working on a new film for 2012!]
